Three walls of windows and over 10’ high ceilings let the light flood into this historic brownstone building, built in 1874. The downtown Newburyport studio boasts the textures and tones of the original walls and exposed brick. It will feature a lot of modern touches, but the most important feature will be you.

Logistics

The entrance door will be locked at all times and a smart lock system will grant you access to the space. You’ll each have a temporary password to enter between M-W 8am to 6pm that will expire at the end of your membership, the lock and security system also allows us to keep track of who’s coming and going. As to be respectful, long or loud phone calls can be taken in the conference room, workroom, hallway or the great outdoors.

Costs

Membership is month to month at $295 per month (which comes to just $24 per day)

Payments will be made on the 1st of the month. Memberships can not be rolled over and no refunds are given for cancellation. If you abuse the use of the studio or are late on a payment you will not be allowed to renew your membership. I’m just looking for honest, passionate people. You break it you buy it. Don’t be an ass.

Seating

While this will also serve as the new home for my own business there will be no designated desks! A handful of spots will be available to sit at the large 10’ communal tables with two large display monitors available, there will also be seating for six in the conference room, one space in the workroom plus a large leather couch and hanging chair in the lounge area.
